Recipe of the day: Ginger Cookies

The holidays are here!! Time to pull out the recipe box & start baking cookies!! The smell of ginger cookies through out the house brings back so many childhood memories. My mom was the mom that sent tins full of homemade cookies to all of our teachers. I'm the oldest of three, and my mom sent cookies with each of us right before the Christmas holiday. My teachers LOVED my mom! So now it's my turn to pull out the recipe book, cute little holiday boxes and fill my kitchen with new holiday memories.
